Mark II
The Stainless Steel Mark II is only slightly larger than the Mark I. It develops more than twice the steam pressure. As a result, it cleans at over twice the speed. The Mark II is also used primarily in Food Service to degrease and sanitize kitchens without chemical assistance. The Mark II is also used by processors who want the power of steam with the lowest water volume available.
